~How do you wash SPTY products?~
We recommend turning them inside out and hand washing or
machine washing on the delicate cycle. Be sure to air dry.
~How do you set your pricing?~
Our pricing is constrained by the cost of our blanks, which are
100% cotton and made in North America using fair-wage labor.
Unfortunately ethical manufacturing isn’t cheap. When you buy
our products, know that you are supporting sound labor practices
and environmentally responsible production.
~Are your products editioned?~
No. We make them in small runs and they often run out, but we’ll
eventually make more. Unless we don’t! You never know.
~What size is right for me?~
Our fit page has on-body photos of our tops and bottoms.
More specifically, though:
~What is your return policy? ~
We are a very small operation, so can only offer exchanges or
SPTY credit within 30 days from date of delivery. To qualify
for an exchange or credit, items must be unworn and in perfect
condition with tags attached. Please get in touch with us and
we will help. Exchanges will only be processed once the items
have been received at the SPTY studio. We’re happy to cover the
shipping cost for the exchanged item, but are afraid we can only
do this for US-based customers.
